the main thing i worked with on the cups was the shading height and the base of the cup
Line Quality
When working with line quality, I learned to shade using dark and light lines. Also, I learned how to use thick and thin lines for shading and depth.
Still Life
Drawing a still life required me to stage the items to represent myself and to show the best setup of how I was going to draw it. I used a light source to show shadows.
1 Point Perspective
We were working on foreground to background. We showed the depth of the perspective. We worked more on shading and shadows as well as different textures. My favorite part of this is the shading of the background.

Self Portrait
Drawing the self portrait, we focused on the scale of the different parts. We continued the work on shading showing the difference in the levels of out face. for this assignment i thought i could have done better on the ears. I did well on scale of my parts.
Two point perspective\
for this assignment I focused on showing the perspective of a building based on the two points on the horizon line. I like best about this is the depth on the windows and on the doors. the hardest part about this assignment was drawing the person. I liked this assignment because the shading was the best part.
Gray paper drawing
we were using charcoal pencil on gray paper showing the shading and depth. for this assignment i did the best on the general outline. i could have worked better on adding the background.
